Canadian Music Fest and Galaxie have announced the nominees for the 10th Annual Independent Music Awards today and Marie-Pierre Arthur is nominated for Favourite Francophone Group! Congratulations!! The awards will be presented on Saturday, March 13th in Toronto starting at 8 p.m. Performers will include Desperate Union, The Rural Alberta Advantage, Plants and Animals, Great Lake Swimmers and Constantines and will be broadcast on XM Satellite Radio's the Verge and will be recorded for a future broadcast on Galaxie. 2010-02-11
